Cancellation & Equipment Return Policy

To complete the cancellation of your service and stop billing, you must return the dish and associated equipment.

We offer two return options:

  1. Self-Return (No Fee):
    Please follow these instructions to return the equipment yourself:
  • Carefully unplug the data cable from the radio on the back of the dish. Do not cut the cable or damage the connector.
  • Remove the dish and radio from the roof. (The mounting arm may remain in place unless you prefer to remove it.)
  • Deliver the equipment to:
    781 E. McGlincy Lane, Suite B, Campbell, CA
    Place the dish and radio near the door by the dumpsters. Then ring the Ring Doorbell and clearly state your name.

2. Scheduled Pickup ($150 Fee):

If you prefer, we can dispatch a technician to retrieve the equipment for a $150 truck roll fee.

Important:

Failure to return the equipment will result in a $250 unreturned equipment fee
